The architecture of FlexiCMS allows you to use the system to manage multiple projects (no matter it we're talking about a database-driven web site or a full-fledged information system for your business) all at the same time. In the unified and centralized database structure of FlexiCMS, you can input data which belongs to as many projects as you like and it is accessible from one place and at any moment in time (provided the user you used to log in has the appropriate access rights).
What's more - the modules, forms, program code, objects, views, filters, labels, etc. you created for one project are instantly accessible by other projects you create in the future, and also to the ones already in the database. The data stored in the modules from the FlexiCMS SiteGen group, as well as that in modules such as Languages, Users and Measurement Units is globally available across all projects, while data entered into all the rest modules (e.g. Pages, News, Pictures, Documents, etc.) is only available within the project in which it was locally saved.
The module also allows you to specify which functional modules belong to the project, to set the description, status, start and end date of the project and more. |
